- Tasboh is a digital subscription; no returns or exchanges apply.
- Subscriptions bill in advance (monthly/annual) until you cancel.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy (7-day window for first purchase only).
- Cancel anytime in-app; access continues through the paid period.
Accounts
Eligibility & conduct
- You must be of legal age or authorized by your business.
- Keep credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- No illegal, harmful, or abusive use; no attempts to bypass security or access others’ data.
Billing
Plans & payments
- Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.
- Payments processed by Stripe/PayPal; we do not store full card numbers.
- Price changes take effect after notice; cancel before new rates apply.
Refunds & cancellation
How it works
- Refunds: see the Refund Policy (7-day first-purchase eligibility).
- Cancel anytime; service remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Renewals after the first billing cycle are not refundable.
Data & privacy
Your data
- You own your content; you grant us a license to operate the service.
- We process personal data per our Privacy Policy.
- Export your data anytime for your records or portability.
Availability
Service & support
- Service may have maintenance or outages; we aim for high availability.
- Support via support@tasboh.com; response times may vary by plan/region.
IP & third parties
Ownership & integrations
- Tasboh software/design/trademarks are owned by Tasboh or licensors.
- Do not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.
- We rely on trusted providers (e.g., Firebase, Stripe/PayPal); their terms apply for those parts.
Suspension
Termination
- You may cancel anytime. We may suspend/terminate for violations, non-payment, fraud/abuse, or security risk.
- After termination, access ends and data may be removed from live systems, subject to legal retention/backups.
Liability
Disclaimers & limits
- Service is provided “as is” and “as available”; no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free use.
- To the fullest extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect/special/consequential damages or lost profits. If liability applies, it is capped at fees paid in the past 12 months for the service in question.
