A. Delete your account
Full account removal
How to request
- Email support@tasboh.com from your account email.
- Include your account email and company/branch name.
- We verify identity and begin deletion within 30 days.
Your account is deactivated immediately; live data deletion follows our retention windows below.
B. Delete specific business data
Targeted deletion
What you can remove
- Transactions: sales, purchases, expenses.
- Inventory items and adjustments.
- Customers, suppliers, and related records.
- Attachments (photos, receipts) tied to deleted records.
Deleting a record also deletes its linked attachments. Backups are purged on their normal cycle (typically 30 days).
C. Data exports
Take your data
Export before deletion
- Email support@tasboh.com to request an export (JSON/CSV).
- We deliver exports securely within 30 days.
Exports include sales, expenses, inventory, contacts, and metadata.
D. Cached/offline data
Local device
What about offline copies?
- When you delete data on the server, local caches clear at next sign-in/sync or when you uninstall the app.
- To clear manually: Settings → Storage → Clear app cache (iOS/Android).
Signing out also clears cached data on the device.
E. Third-party services
External providers
Connected accounts
- Payments (Stripe/PayPal): transaction records remain with the provider per their policies.
- Other integrations: data sent to external tools is not automatically deleted; request deletion from those providers.
- Tasboh removes connection tokens for disconnected services.
F. Timelines
When it happens
- Immediate: account deactivation.
- 1–7 days: active data removed from primary databases.
- ~30 days: backups rotate and purge deleted data.
- Email confirmation when deletion is complete.
