How we handle refunds
- No physical returns or exchanges (SaaS only).
- Refunds are available within 7 days of your first subscription purchase if the service does not work as expected and we cannot fix the issue quickly.
- Renewals and subsequent billing cycles are not refundable.
- Cancel anytime in the app; access continues until the end of the paid period (no prorated refunds).

Eligibility
When a refund applies
- Within 7 days of the first paid subscription charge.
- You report a material issue and allow us to troubleshoot; if we cannot resolve promptly, we will refund.
- Only the original payment method is refunded; timing depends on your bank (typically 5–10 business days after approval).

How to request
- Email support@tasboh.com from your account email within 7 days of first purchase.
- Include: account email, invoice/receipt ID, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue.
- We review and respond within 2 business days.
Not covered
Non-refundable cases
- Renewals or charges after the first billing cycle.
- Requests after the 7-day first-purchase window.
- Abuse, fraud, or clear policy violations.
- Bank fees, currency conversion differences, or taxes charged by your provider.
Cancellation
Stop future charges
- Open Tasboh → Billing/Subscription → Cancel.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; no further renewals after cancellation.
- You can re-subscribe anytime (plan availability and pricing may change).
