Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored encrypted at rest on Firebase/Google Cloud. Access inside Tasboh is role-based so staff only see what they need.
We run on Google Cloud/Firebase (SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliant infrastructure). Payments are handled by Stripe/PayPal, and we never store full card numbers.
Data is backed up routinely, and the app is designed offline-first so you can keep working during network issues. When you reconnect, changes sync automatically.
Change your password and remove that session in your account. Only authenticated users with the right role can access business data.
Billing
Major cards via Stripe, PayPal, and local Chapa for customers in Ethiopia. All payments are processed securely by our providers.
Plans are subscription-based (monthly or annual) and billed in advance. You can change plans anytime; upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades start next cycle.
Cancel anytime in your billing settings; access stays active through the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy (7-day window for first purchase only).
Yes. Receipts are emailed for each payment and available in your billing portal. We include taxes and fees where applicable.
