Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Last updated: November 25, 2025

This page explains how we handle data and the rules for using Tasboh’s services worldwide.

Privacy Policy

Tasboh (“we”, “us”) provides a business tracking platform used by companies and individuals in multiple countries. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with international frameworks (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws).

Information We Collect

Account & Identity

Name, email, password hash, role, company/branch info.

Business Data

Sales, purchases, inventory, cashbook, suppliers/customers, HR, attachments you upload.

Payments & Billing

Plan, price, invoices, status; card/bank data handled by Stripe/PayPal (we don’t store full card numbers).

Device & Usage

App version, device/OS, IP, logs, events, diagnostics, crash reports.

Location (optional)

Approximate IP-based region; precise location only if you enable location features.

Communications

Support messages, email replies, notification preferences.

How We Use Data

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the app and web services.
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions, tax invoices, and receipts.
  • Send transactional messages (security alerts, payment updates, reminders).
  • Offer support, detect/prevent fraud or abuse, enforce policies.
  • Run analytics, performance, and crash diagnostics to improve reliability.
  • Comply with legal and accounting obligations.

Legal Bases (where required)

  • Contract – to deliver the service you requested.
  • Legitimate interests – to run, secure, improve, and market the service proportionately.
  • Consent – for optional things (e.g., certain analytics/marketing where required).
  • Legal obligation – recordkeeping, fraud prevention, tax, and compliance.

Service Providers & Transfers

We use trusted vendors, including:

  • Firebase (Google): Auth, Firestore, Hosting, Cloud Functions, Analytics, Messaging (FCM), Crashlytics. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; Google acts as our processor.
  • Stripe/PayPal: Payment processing; PCI-DSS compliant. We receive non-sensitive billing metadata and status updates.
  • Email/Support/Monitoring: Providers that deliver emails, logs, error reporting, and uptime monitoring.

Your data may be processed in countries outside yours. Where required, we use lawful transfer tools (e.g., EU SCCs) to protect data across borders.

Sharing

  • With service providers under contract and confidentiality.
  • With integrations you enable.
  • For legal requests, safety, fraud, or rights protection.
  • As part of a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, etc.).

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for service, backups, disputes, and legal duties. When you close your account, we begin deletion from live systems; backups phase out on their normal cycle.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you can request: access, correction, deletion, restriction/objection (incl. marketing), and portability. To exercise rights, email support@tasboh.com. We’ll verify your identity and respond within the legal timeframe. You can also manage certain preferences in-app.

Security

We use encryption, access controls, least-privilege, monitoring, and regular updates. No system is perfectly secure—keep your password/device safe and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Children

Not for children under 13 (or higher local age). If a child’s data was provided, contact us to remove it.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies/SDKs for sign-in, preferences, analytics, and security. You can control cookies in your browser; some features may break if disabled. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

Changes

We’ll update this policy as needed and adjust the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we’ll notify you in-app or by email.

Terms of Use

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Tasboh. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be 18+ (or age of majority) or authorized by a business to use Tasboh.
  • Provide accurate info and keep credentials confidential. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
  • If you use Tasboh for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Plans, Billing & Cancellations

  • Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/annual). Auto-renews unless you cancel.
  • Payments: Processed securely by Stripe/PayPal. Taxes may apply. You authorize recurring charges.
  • Trials: If a free trial applies, you’ll be charged when it ends unless you cancel beforehand.
  • Upgrades/Downgrades: Upgrades may charge immediately; downgrades generally take effect next cycle and may reduce features/limits.
  • Refunds: Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or we explicitly agree due to a service issue.
  • Price Changes: We may change pricing with prior notice; continued use means acceptance. You can cancel before new rates apply.

Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, infringing, harassing, harmful, or deceptive activity.
  • No malware, scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass security.
  • No unauthorized access to others’ data; ensure you have rights/consents for any third-party data you store.
  • Follow all applicable laws (commerce, privacy, tax, sanctions, anti-spam, etc.).

Your Data

You own your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display it to operate and improve the service. We may create aggregated/anonymous stats that don’t identify you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

The service (software, design, trademarks, content excluding Your Data) is owned by Tasboh or its licensors. You get a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service. Don’t copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with services like Firebase, Stripe, and PayPal. Their terms and privacy policies govern those parts. We aren’t responsible for third-party failures or changes.

Suspension & Termination

  • You can cancel anytime in billing settings; service remains until the end of the paid period.
  • We may suspend/terminate for violations, non-payment, fraud/abuse, security risk, or business reasons.
  • After termination, access ends and data may be deleted from live systems (subject to legal retention/backups).

Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that outputs (e.g., reports/tax helpers) meet all regulatory requirements. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tasboh isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenue/data. Our total liability for all claims in 12 months will not exceed the fees you paid to us in that period (or USD $50 if none). Some regions don’t allow certain limits; where prohibited, we apply the minimum allowed by law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Tasboh harmless from third-party claims arising from your misuse, unlawful content, or breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your contracting entity’s location (to be specified in your order/receipt or app settings). Courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws give you the right to bring claims locally. First try to resolve disputes by emailing support@tasboh.com; if unresolved after 30 days, either party may proceed.

Changes to Terms

We may update Terms with notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms; otherwise, cancel before they take effect.

Miscellaneous

  • These Terms + Privacy Policy are the entire agreement.
  • If a clause is invalid, the rest still applies.
  • No assignment by you without consent; we may assign as part of a reorg or sale.
  • No waiver unless in writing.
Note: This combined Privacy & Terms page is for general information and not legal advice. Because Tasboh operates internationally, please have local counsel review for the countries where you do business.
